Manage client accounts by ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to maintain robust client relationships.
Monitor and analyze account performance, provide regular updates to clients, and collaborate with other departments to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, identify growth prospects, and increase account revenue.
Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for clients, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
