Job Title: Telecaller and Sales Executive
Location: Tambaram, Ashok Nagar and Iyyappanthangal

Job Role:
Make outbound calls to potential customers, explain property details, generate leads, and schedule site visits.

Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads
Explain projects, pricing, and offers
Fix appointments for site visits
Maintain call records (CRM)

Requirements:
Positive communication (Tamil/English)
Basic computer knowledge
Target-oriented mindset

Salary: Fixed + Incentives
Experience: 6 months – 5 years
