Job description:

Swar Kala Sangam is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Executive for Business Development for handling franchise operations, Current Centres, student admissions and parent inquiries for Music & Dance classes.

The candidate will be responsible for:
New Franchise Development - Meeting New Prospects, anaylysing Business Opportunities, and opening new Centres
Calling and following up with admission leads
Explaining courses, batches, and fee structure
Converting inquiries into admissions - Organising Demo Classes
Coordinating trial classes and demo sessions
Maintaining proper lead and follow-up records
Assisting parents and students with admission-related queries
Supporting centre growth through effective communication

Skills Required:




Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Confident and polite speaking skills
Basic computer knowledge
Strong follow-up and convincing ability
Positive attitude and skilled behaviour
