Hiring: Logistics Sales Executive

Location: Near Mahipalpur, Delhi

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 In-Hand + Incentives

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business through calls, emails and client visits.
Identify and develop recent opportunities in international logistics.
Prepare quotations, proposals and rate cards.
Negotiate pricing and service terms with clients.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations including booking, pickup, transportation and delivery.
Coordinate with transporters, warehouses and vendors.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Resolve issues related to delays,



damages and shortages.
Maintain proper documentation and sales/operations records.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
1–3 years of experience in logistics sales or operations.
Good understanding of logistics processes.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and basic CRM.
B2B/B2C logistics or transport experience preferred.
