Primary Skill Set Required:
Application Support for Python/Java-based applications hosted on the OpenShift platform, with solid expertise in ITIL process.

Proactive monitoring setup and exposure to monitoring tools like splunk,Grafana,Zabbix etc

Key Technical Skills:
Python: Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Python-based applications.
PostgreSQL: Ability to construct and execute queries for issue investigation, data validation, and root cause analysis.
OpenShift: Experience reviewing application and platform logs, diagnosing incidents, and performing root cause analysis in OpenShift settings.
