Install, configure, and maintain printers, photocopiers, and multifunction devices.
Diagnose and troubleshoot printer hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Perform regular preventive maintenance and servicing of printers.
Repair or replace faulty printer components such as rollers, drums, fusers, cartridges, print heads, and other parts.
Install and configure printer drivers and related software.
Troubleshoot network and USB printing issues.
Attend customer service calls and provide in office technical support when required.
Identify technical problems and provide appropriate solutions within the required time.
Maintain service records, job reports, and details of replaced parts.
Coordinate with customers to understand and resolve technical complaints.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
