Assess patients' nursing care needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
Monitor and record vital signs, pain score, level of consciousness, intake-output, and other relevant clinical parameters.
Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, blood/blood products, and other treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.
Observe patients for changes in clinical condition and promptly report abnormalities to the treating doctor and Nursing In-Charge.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, investigations, and emergency interventions.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care as applicable.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation, including nursing notes, medication records, care plans,



and observation charts.
Provide appropriate care to critically ill, dependent, elderly, and high-risk patients as per departmental requirements.

Medication & Treatment Safety
Verify medication orders before administration and follow the principles of protected medication administration.
Maintain proper storage, handling, labeling, and documentation of medications.
Monitor patients for adverse drug reactions and report them immediately.
Ensure secure handling and administration of high-alert medications as per hospital policy.
