Talent Acquisition Executive
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage bulk hiring for Sales, BDE, Telecalling, and Field Sales positions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end and bulk recruitment.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews, offers, documentation, and joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
Achieve monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
Requirements
Graduate / BBA / MBA or equivalent.
1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
Sales/Telecalling hiring experience is an advantage.
Valuable communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable with bulk hiring.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
