Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to manage and grow a personal YouTube channel and Instagram presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and short-form content.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative content ideas for YouTube and Instagram.
Plan and create Reels, Shorts, videos, and posts.
Write engaging scripts, hooks, captions, and content concepts.
Research trending topics, formats, sounds, and viral content.
Assist with shoot planning, execution, and on-camera content.
Coordinate video shoots and ensure content is produced consistently.
Understand audience preferences and create content accordingly.
Manage the content calendar and maintain a regular posting schedule.




Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach, views, and engagement.
Stay updated with the latest Instagram and YouTube trends and algorithms.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Content Creation / Social Media / YouTube.
Solid understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Good storytelling, communication, and writing skills.
Creative mindset with a solid sense of trends.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
Previous experience handling a personal brand, creator account, YouTube channel, or Instagram page will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
