We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team.

This role is ideal for an accounting professional who can independently handle day-to-day accounting activities and has practical knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
Maintain ledgers, vouchers and financial records
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare invoices, bills and payment records
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
Assist with GST and TDS compliance
Maintain accurate documentation and supporting records
Prepare routine MIS and finance reports
Monitor receivables, payables and expenses
Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and internal teams
Support monthly accounting and finance activities

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
Practical knowledge of GST and TDS
Good understanding of accounting and bookkeeping
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books or similar
Solid attention to detail and accuracy




Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to independently manage routine accounting activities

Qualification

B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or relevant accounting qualification preferred.
