Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete employee induction and onboarding process from joining to smooth integration.
Coordinate joining formalities, document verification and employee records.
Conduct recent employee induction programs and company orientation.
Coordinate with respective departments for employee onboarding and workstation readiness.
Explain company policies, rules, procedures and employee benefits to new joiners.
Coordinate departmental induction and training schedules.
Maintain onboarding checklists, joining documents and HR records.
Track probation, confirmation and onboarding-related activities.
Coordinate with HR, Admin, IT and respective department heads for smooth onboarding.




Collect feedback from new employees and improve the onboarding process.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office.
Knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple new joiners simultaneously.
Good presentation and employee-handling skills.

Preferred Experience

Manufacturing / Engineering / CNC / Industrial Companies preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
