Job Role: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Raipur (Chhattisgarh)
Experience: 4–5 Months
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Timing: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day maintenance requirements of the residential colony.
Attend to maintenance complaints related to plumbing, electrical work, and other household issues.
Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, carpenters, technicians, and other service providers.
Arrange and schedule technicians to visit the concerned house/location.
Follow up with service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
Maintain records of complaints, completed work, and pending maintenance issues.
Coordinate with residents and management regarding maintenance-related concerns.

Requirements:




Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering preferred, or relevant experience in construction/civil work.
4–5 months of experience in maintenance, facility management, construction, civil work, or a similar role preferred.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, civil, and general maintenance work.
Positive problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Should be responsible, organized, and proactive.
Ability to coordinate with residents, technicians, and service providers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
