Role: Construction Manager
Experience: 8–15 years
Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure / Builder / EPC
Primary focus: End-to-end construction/project execution
Manage multiple sites/projects, contractors, subcontractors and vendors
Robust experience in civil construction, RCC, finishing and MEP coordination
Responsibility for planning, budgets, timelines, resources and quality
Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Engineers, Vendors and Project Teams
Regular site visits and project execution monitoring
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred
Priority to candidates who have independently handled construction execution and teams
Avoid profiles focused only on planning/estimation or junior site-engineer roles.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
