Resposibilities:
Read tank drawings and follow supervisor instructions.
Fit and align tank plates, shell, bottom, roof, nozzles and manholes.
Do marking, measuring, grinding, cutting and plate fit-up.
Check level, alignment and dimensions before welding.
Work with welders, riggers and QC team.
Correct fit-up problems as instructed.
Keep tools and work area clean and secure.
Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.
Required Skills:
Experience in storage tank fitting/fabrication.
Basic knowledge of drawings and measurements.
Able to use fitter tools safely.
Positive teamwork and discipline.
Willing to work at height and at project sites.
Qualification & Experience:
ITI Fitter preferred.
3 - 8+ years of experience in storage tank/heavy fabrication work preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
