We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team at a growing Digital Marketing Agency. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and promoting our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients through field visits and market research.
Generate leads and develop new business prospects.
Meet business owners, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers.
Promote digital marketing services, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, and related solutions.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing packages.
Conduct sales meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain client relationships.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements




Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
Experience in selling digital marketing, IT, advertising, or other services will be preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
Must be comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Must have positive knowledge of the Gurgaon market.
