Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging activities suitable for pre-primary children.
Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colours, shapes, rhymes, and general awareness.
Use play-based, activity-based, and interactive teaching methods.
Create a warm, safe, and positive classroom workplace.
Encourage children’s social, emotional, cognitive, language, and motor development.
Maintain classroom discipline using positive and child-friendly approaches.
Observe and assess children’s progress and maintain appropriate records.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child’s development and classroom activities.
Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, displays, and activity materials.
Participate in school events, celebrations, workshops, and other co-curricular activities.
Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the classroom.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.

Required Qualifications & Skills




Graduate degree with NTT / ECCE / D.El.Ed. / Montessori training or equivalent qualification preferred.
Prior experience in a pre-primary or kindergarten setting is preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, caring, and friendly attitude towards young children.
Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
Valuable classroom management skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualities
Passion for working with young children.
Energetic and positive personality.
Positive spoken English and/or Hindi.
Ability to use stories, rhymes, music, art, and activities to make learning enjoyable.
Qualified, responsible, and child-friendly approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
