Assess and monitor patients’ clinical condition and vital signs.
Maintain proper documentation of all nursing care provided.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing notes, medication records, vital charts, intake/output charts, and other required records.
Follow NABH standards and hospital policies.
Communicate respectfully with patients, attendants, doctors, and other healthcare staff.
Wear the prescribed uniform and appropriate footwear and maintain proper grooming standards.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
