Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Sales Team for daily sales activities and customer requirements.
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and customer records.
Coordinate with Projects, Purchase, Logistics, Stores, and Accounts teams.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and pending payments.
Maintain proper sales documentation and update CRM/ERP records.
Support the Sales Team in achieving business targets.
Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support.
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Solid coordination and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different teams.
Experience in interior products, flooring, ceiling, construction, or building materials will be an advantage.
Qualification
Any Graduate with relevant sales coordination experience.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
