Nellai Systems / Honeybill Software Solutions is a growing software company providing business solutions for restaurants, retail, supermarkets, hotels and other businesses. We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and build strong customer relationships.

Role

The Sales Coordinator will handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, quotations and sales coordination, ensuring smooth communication between customers and our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and regular follow-ups
Coordinate leads, quotations and orders with the sales team
Prepare quotations and sales-related documents
Maintain customer and sales records in Excel/software
Coordinate with customers and internal teams
Track pending enquiries and follow-ups
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Support the sales team in achieving business targets

What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in Sales / Sales Coordination / Customer Handling




Good spoken and written English
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications
Good organizational and coordination skills
Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
Any Bachelor's degree preferred
