We are looking for motivated and responsible freshers to join our Logistics Operations team as Transport Coordinators / Traffic Controllers.

The selected candidates will receive 3 months of on-the-job training in transport coordination, vehicle tracking, driver coordination, route planning, and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily vehicle movements and delivery schedules.
Communicate with drivers and monitor vehicle movement.
Track vehicles and provide regular delivery status updates.
Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.
Monitor delays, route issues, breakdowns, and other transportation-related problems.
Follow up with drivers to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
Coordinate with customers, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
Maintain daily records of vehicle movements, trips, and deliveries.
Prepare basic daily transport and delivery reports.
Handle transportation-related issues and coordinate for quick resolution.
Learn and follow company procedures for productive logistics operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
