Application & Software Support
Provide support for HIS, billing software, EMR/EHR systems
Coordinate with software vendors for updates, bug fixes, and AMC support
Manage software installations, licenses, and upgrades
Data Security & Backup
Implement and monitor data backup procedures (daily/weekly)
Ensure patient data confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards
Maintain antivirus, firewall, and cybersecurity protocols
User Support & Helpdesk
Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
Resolve IT issues within defined turnaround time
Train staff on basic system usage when required
IT Asset Management
Maintain inventory of IT assets (systems, printers, networking devices)
Track AMC/ warranty status of all IT equipment
Plan procurement of IT equipment as per hospital needs
System & Network Management
Install, configure, and maintain computers,



servers, printers, and networking equipment
Ensure continuous uptime of Hospital Information System (HIS)
Monitor network performance (LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
CCTV & Biomedical Integration (Basic)
Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems
Coordinate with biomedical team for integration of diagnostic equipment with HIS
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain IT policies, SOPs, and system documentation
Ensure compliance with hospital IT standards and audit requirements

Experience of Hospital Industry is must.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
