Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, costing and preparation methods
Monitors and manages the ordering of all beer, wine, spirits, and bar tools and equipment
Ensure that appropriate stock/par level of all bar items is constantly maintained
Keep the bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines.
Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimum
Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the guests at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times
Have excellent knowledge of alcohol and alcohol history
Use one’s expert knowledge to create creative drinks and cocktails that explore the boundaries of flavors.
Have a passion for experimenting with mixing recent drinks.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
