ob Summary:
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, understand customer requirements, provide appropriate solutions, and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
Generate leads through outbound calling and follow up with prospects.
Handle customer queries, objections, and basic complaints.
Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, and sales meetings.
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/lead-management systems.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams when required.
Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and performance targets.




Maintain qualified communication and customer service standards.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Valuable English communication.
Hindi/Tamil or other regional languages are an advantage.
Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Valuable follow-up and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Experience:
0–2 years in voice process, telesales, telemarketing, customer support, BPO, or inside sales.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
