Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for managing customer interactions, building robust relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective sales and service delivery.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and current customers
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Ensure a positive customer experience at all touch points
Sales Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products/services to customers
Identify current business opportunities through leads and referrals
Achieve assigned sales targets
Cross-sell and up-sell products to existing customers
Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers
Customer Service Responsibilities
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues




Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Operational & Administrative Support
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Prepare reports on sales and customer service activities
Coordination & Teamwork
Work closely with internal teams (operations, sales, support)
Escalate issues when necessary and ensure resolution
Support team goals and contribute to overall business objectives

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in Tele sales/customer service (industry dependent)

Pay: ₹15,600.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
