Job Overview
Study Route is looking for a motivated and experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students regarding study-abroad opportunities, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, courses, colleges/universities, and countries.
Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences.
Handle student enquiries and follow up with prospective students.
Convert leads into successful admissions.
Explain admission requirements, application procedures, and documentation.
Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents.
Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications.
Stay updated on university admissions, courses, intakes, and study-abroad programs.




Achieve individual and team admission/conversion targets.

Requirements
Previous experience in admission counselling / study-abroad counselling / education sales will be preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good counselling and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
Knowledge of study-abroad destinations and admission processes will be an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
