Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination
Coordinate with BDMs, sales executives, customers, accounts, and warehouse teams.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and daily sales targets.
Track daily sales activities, orders, pending enquiries, and follow-ups.
Ensure customer enquiries are properly recorded and followed up on time.
Customer Follow-up
Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
Maintain proper customer communication and provide timely updates.
Coordinate with the concerned sales person for customer requirements.
Order Management
Receive and coordinate customer orders.
Verify product availability, pricing, quantity, and delivery requirements.
Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for order processing and delivery.
Track pending and completed orders.
Sales Reporting
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Update customer details, sales status, follow-up status, and order status.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions,



pending enquiries, and sales performance.
Submit required reports to the reporting manager within the given timeline.
Internal Coordination
Coordinate between Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and Operations departments.
Communicate stock availability, pricing updates, customer requirements, and delivery status.
Escalate customer complaints, order issues, and delays to the concerned manager.
Documentation & Data Management
Maintain customer databases and sales-related documents.
Ensure all sales-related information is accurate and up to date.
Target & Performance Support
Assist the sales team in achieving assigned targets.
Monitor pending leads and ensure timely follow-up.
Identify inactive leads and coordinate for reactivation.
Support management in improving sales conversion and customer retention.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
