Sales Executive – FirstCry

Location: Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join the FirstCry team. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in retail sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Assist customers with product selection and provide relevant product information.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Maintain proper product display and store presentation.
Assist with stock management and coordinate with the store team.
Inform customers about offers, promotions, and ongoing schemes.




Maintain valuable customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and retail processes.

Requirements
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience: Freshers to 2 years of experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a related field.
Freshers with good communication skills and a solid interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Smart grooming and professional personality.
Positive, energetic, and target-oriented attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a retail setting.
Candidates comfortable with customer-facing sales roles will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
