Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume cold calls, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn social selling to reach decision-makers.
Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or HQL (High-Quality Leads).
Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and book product demos, discovery calls, or consultations directly for Account Executives or Sales Managers.
CRM Management: Log all calls, emails, updates, and disposition notes accurately in tools like Salesforce CRM or HubSpot.
Lead Nurturing & Follow-ups: Maintain consistent touchpoints with warm or delayed leads to move them down the sales funnel.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for dials, emails sent, and completed appointments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Transparent, confident, and qualified verbal and written English communication skills.




Resilience & Objection Handling: Ability to handle rejections, build rapid rapport, and converse with senior business leaders (C-suite, directors).
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, sales engagement platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and office productivity tools.
Education: Minimum secondary/high school completion; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred by some employers (though proven performance matters more).
Market Exposure: Often requires comfort working across international time zones (such as US or UK shifts) depending on the company.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
