Freight Broker / Logistics Sales Executive

We are hiring an experienced Freight Broker / Logistics Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities
Reach out to potential shippers/customers through calls and emails.
Generate new business and maintain customer relationships.
Respond to rate requests and provide competitive freight quotes.
Negotiate rates with customers and carriers.
Book carriers and coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery.
Enter and manage loads in the TMS.
Handle customer follow-ups and resolve shipment-related issues.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of U.S. freight brokerage experience.
Robust English communication skills.
Positive sales, cold-calling, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of U.S. freight, equipment types, lanes, and rates.
TMS and load board experience preferred.

Job Details

Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Night Shift)
Advantages: Free meal + 1 paid leave

We’re looking for someone who is confident, motivated, and ready to grow in the U.S. freight brokerage industry.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
