Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Service Executive to handle customer interaction, sales support, service coordination, and customer follow-up. The candidate should have valuable communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively with the Sales and Service teams.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers at the showroom/service centre.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and appointments.
Support the sales team in generating leads and converting enquiries into sales.
Coordinate with the service team for customer service requirements.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers.
Explain service processes, timelines, and charges to customers.




Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/system details.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Support customer retention and satisfaction activities.
Achieve assigned sales/service and customer-handling targets.

Candidate Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service-oriented attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer enquiries professionally.
Sales or automobile experience will be an advantage.
Freshers can also apply.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
