Branch Manager – goSTOPS

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the overall operations of a goSTOPS property, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, excellent guest experience, team performance, and business profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end operations of the property, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, and maintenance.
Ensure high standards of guest experience, service quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Lead, train, and manage the property team to achieve operational and service goals.
Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and property-level performance.
Ensure compliance with goSTOPS SOPs, policies, and statutory requirements.
Handle guest concerns and resolve escalations effectively.
Manage vendor coordination, inventory, and operational requirements.




Conduct regular property audits and ensure timely closure of operational gaps.
Drive initiatives to improve revenue, guest satisfaction, reviews, and overall property performance.
Prepare and share regular operational reports with the Cluster Manager.

Candidate Profile
3–6 years of experience in hotel, hostel, or hospitality operations.
Experience in managing a property/team will be preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Positive understanding of hospitality operations and guest service.
Ability to manage teams, costs, and operational targets.
Willingness to work in shifts and handle operational requirements as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
