Required Quality Engineer foran well renowned manufacturing company

Location - Lonavala (Anyone willing to relocate )
Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and inspection systems.
Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications, drawings, standards, and customer requirements.
Analyze quality issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, and 8D methodology.
Lead and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring quality problems.
Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste, improve productivity, optimize process flow, and increase overall equipment effectiveness.
Identify prospects for continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Apply DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology to solve complex quality and process problems.
Use statistical tools such as SPC, Control Charts, Process Capability (Cp/Cpk), MSA, and FMEA to monitor and improve process performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
