Requirements:
Shift Time: 8pm to 5am
Experience: 1+ year of experience into voice process
Educational Qualifications: Any Under Graduate or Graduate
Knowledge of: AR Follow-Up, Denials Management, RCM process.
Valuable communication skills (verbal and written).
Gender: Open to both Male & Female candidates.
Willing to work in night shifts.
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups effectively.
Work on RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) processes.
Analyze and resolve denials from insurance companies.
Ensure timely and accurate updates in the system.
Communicate clearly and professionally with insurance representatives.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

RCM: 1 year (Required)
AR caller: 1 year (Required)
Denail Management: 1 year (Preferred)
