We are looking for a responsible and alert Security Monitoring Staff member to monitor CCTV cameras, maintain security surveillance, and monitor authorized staff mobile-phone. The ideal candidate will be attentive, trustworthy, disciplined, and capable of identifying and reporting security or operational concerns promptly.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor CCTV cameras continuously and maintain effective surveillance of the premises.
Observe and identify suspicious activity, unauthorized access, safety concerns, or unusual incidents.
Ensure staff movement and attendance-related information is properly monitored as per company policies.
Report any unusual staff activity, security incident, or violation to the concerned supervisor/management.
Maintain accurate records of security incidents, observations, and key events.




Review CCTV footage when required for security, attendance, or incident investigations.
Immediately escalate emergencies, unauthorized entry, theft, misconduct, or other responsible incidents.
Ensure CCTV and monitoring equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues.

Requirements
Minimum 12th preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate CCTV monitoring software.
Comfortable using mobile
Valuable observation and concentration skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
