Roles & Responsibilities – Project Manager
Experience: 5–8 years of experience in residential construction projects, with solid knowledge of site execution and project management.
Plan, manage, and execute residential construction projects from start to completion.
Supervise site activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress, quality, cost, manpower, and material requirements.
Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and project schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and quality requirements.
Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges effectively.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.




Manage contractors and subcontractors and ensure timely execution of work.
Prepare and submit project progress reports to management.
Ensure proper documentation, measurements, billing, and project handover.
Lead the project team and ensure timely completion within the approved budget and quality standards.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
