Accountant – Full Time

RN Colour Magic is looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to handle our day-to-day accounting and billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting entries in TallyPrime
Manage sales & purchase entries, invoices, receipts and payments
Maintain customer & supplier ledgers
Track outstanding payments and follow up on receivables/payables
Handle bank reconciliation and cash transactions
Maintain proper stock and inventory records
Check purchase bills, sales bills, GST details and HSN codes
Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS and other compliance-related work
Maintain accurate records and ensure accounts are updated regularly
Prepare basic reports related to sales, purchases,



outstanding and stock
Assist in overall office/accounting work as required

Requirements:
Positive knowledge of TallyPrime
Basic knowledge of GST and accounting
Experience in handling retail/trading business accounts preferred
Positive knowledge of MS Excel
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
Must be responsible, organised and detail-oriented
