Job Summary

We are hiring Process Associates for an International Voice – KYC process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls related to KYC remediation, onboarding, periodic reviews, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound KYC-related customer calls.
Assist customers with KYC documentation and remediation requirements.
Perform customer authentication and verification.
Explain KYC/AML requirements clearly and professionally.
Follow up for pending customer information and documents.
Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact.




Maintain accurate customer records and meet quality standards.
Handle escalations and sensitive customer interactions professionally.
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, sanctions, and internal policies.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate or higher qualification.
6 months–1 year experience in banking voice/KYC processes preferred.
Excellent English communication and telephone etiquette.
Knowledge of KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, or financial crime processes is preferred.
Robust customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in Australia shifts and rotational week-offs.
