Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue quotations based on customer enquiries.
Draft and reply to customer enquiry emails in a skilled manner.
Coordinate with the Sales and Purchase Departments to obtain pricing, product specifications, and availability details.
Maintain accurate records of quotations, enquiries, orders, and customer correspondence.
Follow up with customers regarding pending quotations, enquiries, and order status.
Prepare sales-related reports and statements using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Update and maintain customer databases and ensure proper documentation.
Scan, print, file, and organize office documents as required.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely completion of customer requirements.
Perform other sales-support and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good typing speed and strong computer operating skills.




Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to draft clear and skilled business emails.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in quotations and documentation.
Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of sales, quotations, purchase coordination, and customer handling will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience
2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Back Office, or a similar role.
Experience in a manufacturing or electrical/cable industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
