Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls with prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products and services to customers and understand their requirements.
Generate leads through calls and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and convert leads into sales.
Prepare and share quotations and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer requirements, and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for successful closure of enquiries.

Requirements:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Confident and skilled telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM.
Hindi and English communication required; knowledge of Marathi is an advantage.
Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer handling preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
