Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our Tata Commercial Vehicles Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for customer follow-up, lead management, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and follow up on sales leads.
Make regular calls to prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for test drives, quotations, and vehicle deliveries.
Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
Support customer relationship management and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned follow-up and customer engagement targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/telecalling/customer relationship roles preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM applications.
Candidates with automobile/commercial vehicle sales experience will be preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
