Position: Senior Nurse / Clinical & Business Development – Nursing
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM

Key Requirements:
B.Sc. Nursing or GNM qualification.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant nursing experience.
Strong ICU/critical care experience is mandatory.
Clinically strong with good patient-care and nursing knowledge.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate with doctors, hospitals, patients, and healthcare specialists.
Should have solid knowledge of hospital processes and clinical requirements.
Must have an existing qualified network and contacts with at least 20+ hospitals.
Should have good contacts with Neurologists/Neuro Doctors for business development and referral opportunities.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with hospitals and doctors to generate new business opportunities.
Willingness to travel for hospital and doctor visits as required.

Key Responsibilities:




Provide clinical support and guidance to the nursing team.
Coordinate with hospitals and doctors for patient-care requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals and neurologists.
Identify recent business prospects through hospital and doctor networks.
Support patient referrals and business growth initiatives.
Ensure high standards of clinical care and service delivery.
Maintain regular follow-ups with hospital and doctor contacts.

Preferred Candidate: A clinically robust nursing professional with ICU experience and a well-established network of hospitals and neurologists, who can contribute to both clinical operations and business growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
