Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in Recruitment & HR Operations.

Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates
Make recruitment calls and conduct initial screening
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Follow up with candidates
Maintain recruitment trackers
Assist with joining formalities and documentation
Support attendance and employee records
Assist with day-to-day HR operations

Requirements:
Positive communication skills
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
Comfortable making candidate calls
Good follow-up and coordination skills
Willingness to learn
Freshers are welcome

Who can apply: BBA/BCom/MBA-HR or relevant graduates.

Stipend: ₹8,000/month
