Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads.
Explain our services and answer customer queries.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Convert leads into appointments/enrollments.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and existing customers.
Update lead details, call status, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the branch/operations team for appointments and further follow-up.
Maintain positive customer relationships and handle basic objections professionally.
