Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and proactive Dispatcher to manage our daily shipping and transport operations. You will oversee outgoing shipments, schedule delivery routes, and maintain clear communication with delivery partners and warehouse teams to guarantee effective supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule & Route Planning: Assign loads, coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules, and optimize transport routes to reduce delays and costs.
Order & Inventory Tracking: Verify outgoing orders against bills of lading, and log inventory movements accurately.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain constant contact with drivers, shipping carriers, and internal warehouse staff via phone, email, or dispatch software.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot transit delays, address shipment errors, and adjust routes or schedules when unexpected problems arise.
Record Keeping:



Maintain daily logs of dispatch activities, completed trips, driver reports, and safety compliance records.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of prior experience in a dispatching role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Indeed Dispatcher Guide software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving under pressure, and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
