Role: Reservation Manager – OTA
Experience: 3–6 years in Hotel Reservations/OTA/Hospitality

Key Responsibilities:
Manage hotel reservations through OTA platforms.
Handle bookings, cancellations, modifications, and room availability.
Manage OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and MakeMyTrip.
Maintain room rates, inventory, packages, and promotions.
Ensure rate parity and accurate property information across OTAs.
Monitor occupancy, room availability, and booking trends.
Coordinate with Front Office and Revenue teams for room inventory.
Handle reservation-related guest queries and special requests.
Monitor OTA reviews, ratings, and guest feedback.
Optimize OTA listings to improve visibility and bookings.
Track OTA performance, revenue, and booking reports.




Resolve booking discrepancies and overbooking issues.
Maintain reservation records and daily reports.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of hotel reservations and OTA platforms.
Experience with Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, etc.
Knowledge of PMS/Channel Manager is preferred.
Valuable understanding of room rates, inventory, and occupancy.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Customer-focused and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
