Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, and other sources.
Understand customer requirements, budget, location, and property preferences.
Qualify leads and provide basic project information.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the Sales Team.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Update lead details, follow-ups, and status in CRM.
Coordinate with the Sales Team to improve site visits and conversions.
Achieve assigned lead qualification and appointment targets.
Requirements:
Any degree/diploma.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Valuable telephone etiquette and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
