ROLE OVERVIEW
Lead the planning, coordination and execution of civil works at site, with particular emphasis on structural, hardscape/external development and finishing works. The role requires a hands-on construction skilled capable of coordinating site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients while maintaining project schedules, quality standards and cost controls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, coordinate and oversee civil works from execution through completion.
Manage structural, hardscape/external development and finishing works at site.
Monitor project schedules, progress, quality and resource requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors and vendors.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and site requirements to ensure accurate execution.
Oversee subcontractor performance, site productivity and quality of workmanship.
Coordinate measurements, billing and cost tracking with project and commercial teams.




Resolve site-level technical and execution issues while ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 1 year of relevant construction experience.
Practical experience in structural, hardscape/external development and finishing works.
Solid understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, specifications and site execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and Microsoft Excel.
Robust site coordination, planning, communication and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Broader exposure across structural, finishing, hardscape or external development works, including commercial, institutional or industrial projects, will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
