Experience: 6 Months – 1+ Year Preferred
Salary: ₹10,000 Fixed + Unlimited Sales Incentives

Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery according to their needs and budget.
Explain jewellery designs, diamonds, gold quality, pricing, and offers.
Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Build robust customer relationships and generate repeat business.
Achieve sales targets through effective selling, upselling, and follow-up.
Maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
6 Months – 1+ Year only in jewellery/luxury retail sales experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, customer-friendly,



and sales-oriented personality.
Ability to work with sales targets.

Salary & Incentives
₹10,000 fixed monthly salary
Unlimited performance-based incentives
Incentive eligibility from the first qualifying sale
Higher sales = Higher earning chance
No fixed upper limit on incentive earnings.
