About the Company

We are a growing real estate company focused on premium residential projects, designed for discerning customers and investors, based in Thoraipakkam, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities
Be the main point of contact for customers after booking, and keep them updated at every stage until handover.
Answer queries on payments, documentation, construction progress and registration.
Coordinate with the sales, finance, legal and project teams to resolve customer concerns quickly.
Follow up on payment schedules and pending documents with warmth and professionalism.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.

What We Are Looking For
6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate.
Valuable communication skills in English and Tamil.
A patient, polite and solution-focused approach.
Comfort with MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
