Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Part time Telecallers to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for making calls to prospective candidates/customers, explaining our courses/services, and providing relevant information.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads and enquiries.
Explain course and service details clearly.
Follow up with interested candidates.
Maintain basic call and follow-up records.
Handle queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Coordinate with the concerned team for further assistance.
Requirements:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive verbal communication in the required language.
Basic communication skills in English.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable making outbound calls.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
